Ingredients :
4 cups rice
8 eggs
1 cup shrimp (optional)
1 cup chopped green onions
2 chicken breasts
(cooked in 6 cups of water)

1/2 lb bacon
Soy sauce
Mustard  oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt to taste
 
 
      METHOD :
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, rice, water and cook the rice until it is done.
  2. Chop bacon in small pieces and pan fry. Reserve small amount of bacon fat to saute chicken breasts.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and sprinkle with soy sauce.
  4. Prepare two omeletes with the eggs, salt and cut them into small pieces.
  5. Add omelete pieces, green onions, bacon, chicken pieces to the rice, mix thoroughly and serve.
