Champion Cancer Fighter

Medical and scientific research has comprehensively shown that Omega-3 Fatty Acids play a vital role in keeping the heart (in fact, the entire cardiovascular system) healthy. Increasingly, there is evidence to show that Omega-3 can increase the response rate to chemotherapy in cancer treatment by significantly reducing the inflammatory response to the treatment.

Now the tricky thing about Omega-3 is that it must be obtained from external dietary sources on a regular basis. Your body cannot manufacture this nutrient on its own. There are two rich sources of Omega-3 – fish oil and cold-pressed Mustard Oil. In fact, Mustard Oil is one of the largest plant-based sources of Omega-3.

Researchers at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, South Dakota State University, decided to do a face-off between fish oil and mustard oil to see which would emerge as the more powerful cancer-fighter. The study kept sets of rats on fish oil and mustard oil-based diets, and then chemically induced colon cancer in the rats. In a separate set of trials, colon cancer-infected rats were treated with fish oil and mustard oil (in separate groups).

And here’s the Verdict: The findings clearly indicated that dietary Mustard Oil is significantly more effective than fish oil in both, the prevention and the treatment of colon cancer. As an extension of these findings, cold-pressed Mustard Oil is currently being used in humans for treating cancer, in particular, colon cancer and colorectal cancer.

This is really good news for vegetarians – it means you can avoid fish oil and instead focus completely on cold-pressed Mustard Oil, making it your primary cooking medium and thus protecting your family from cancer.
