We got you! This crispy, mustard-kissed chickpea salad is crunchy, tangy, filling—and actually fun to eat. It's got the gains and the flavour. 💪🌶️

Ingredients for Chickpea Salad
Boiled Chickpeas (drained & patted dry): 1 cup
P Mark Mustard Oil: 1.5 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder: ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
Salt: To taste
Chaat Masala (optional): A pinch
Cucumber (chopped): ½ cup
Tomato (chopped): ½ cup
Onion (thinly sliced): ¼ cup
Fresh Coriander (chopped): 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Method for Chickpea Salad
Toss chickpeas with mustard oil and all the spices till evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Air-fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway. Let them cool—they get crispier!
Mix the cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add the chickpeas just before serving for that crunch factor.
Your chickpea salad is ready! It’s perfect on its own or wrapped in a roti for a crunchy-chunky protein roll.
