Ingredients for Dahi Chole
P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil: 2 tbsp
Curd (yoghurt): ½ cup
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder: ½ tbsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Boiled Chole (Chickpeas): 2 cups
Heavy Cream (optional): ¼ cup
Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1 tsp
Onion: ½ cup, chopped
Tomato: ½ cup, chopped
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Salt: According to taste
Method for Dahi Chole
In a bowl, whisk curd with turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and garam masala until smooth.
Heat P Mark Kacchi Ghani Mustard Oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and tomatoes.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
Pour in the spiced curd mixture and cook it on low heat, stirring continuously.
Add boiled chole, cream, salt, and water (adjust consistency as needed).
Mash a few chickpeas for a thicker texture.
Cover and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Your Dahi Chole is ready! Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
