Empowering Women, One Financial Story at a Time

At Puri Oil Mills Limited, we’ve always believed that empowerment begins with knowledge - and there’s no form of knowledge more powerful than financial literacy.

Every rupee earned, saved, or invested is a step toward independence, confidence, and dignity. And when a woman learns to take that step, she doesn’t just change her life - she transforms entire communities.

That’s the spirit behind our new CSR initiative, Empower Her - an initiative that seeks out changemakers working to make financial literacy accessible for women across India.

What We’re Launching - Empower Her

Through Empower Her, we invite registered NGOs that are already creating meaningful change in the area of women’s financial literacy to share their stories with us.

All it takes is a 1-minute video pitch and a response to questions in our Google form that capture the heart of your initiative. We want to hear your story, your mission, and your vision for a more financially confident India.

The NGO that aligns with our goal will receive financial support of up to INR 5 lakhs from Puri Oil Mills Limited to scale up their idea and increase its impact.

Key Details - Empower Her

• The Google Form is available on our Instagram profile from 24th November to 6th December 2025.

• Eligibility:

  • Registered NGO with CSR-1 and 12A/80G certification

  • Minimum 1 year of field work in women’s finance or empowerment

  • Only 1 entry per NGO

• Once you fill out the form, we will reach out to the NGOs whose work aligns with our mission.

Through this competition, we hope to amplify organisations that are redefining empowerment — those teaching women to read their bank passbooks, run small enterprises, or save for their children’s education.
