1. It All Begins in the Mustard Fields 🌾
Our story begins in the mustard fields of India’s best mustard-growing regions, where the plants sway under the sun until their pods turn a rich brown. We source the mustard seeds from the finest fields of India.
Before a single seed enters our manufacturing process, it passes through stringent tests across 14 parameters to ensure purity, safety, and the highest quality. Only the healthiest seeds make the cut.
2. Cleaning: Because Purity Matters ✨
Once harvested, the seeds are cleaned with care. Dust, stones, and damaged seeds are removed through winnowing and sieving. Cleaning the seeds is important for protecting the pure, robust flavour that mustard oil lovers swear by.
3. Sun-Drying for Perfect Moisture ☀️
We dry our seeds naturally in the sun until they reach the perfect moisture level. This age-old method not only boosts oil yield but also keeps the aroma intact.
4. Rotary Cold Press Extraction 🛠️
We use the Rotary Cold-press extraction method — a slow, gentle extraction process that keeps the oil’s natural nutrients and pungency alive.
It’s a 100% pure and chemical-free oil extraction process, ensuring that every drop is as nature intended. The cold press method retains the natural benefits and antioxidants in mustard, making it as healthy as it is flavourful. No high heat, no shortcuts, no compromise. From the moment seeds enter our facility to the time oil leaves in sealed bottles, 52 in-process quality checks are carried out. This ensures every drop you pour is safe, consistent, and rich in flavour.

Once the oil passes all quality checks, it moves to automatic filling, capping, and labelling equipment. This hygienic, fully automated process locks in freshness, so when you open a bottle at home, it smells just as fragrant as the day it was pressed.
