That sharp khatta-teekha chutney that makes you eat three extra rotis for absolutely no reason.

This instant raw mango chutney is smoky, spicy, garlicky and comes together in minutes — no cooking drama, just pure summer vibes in a bowl.

Instant Raw Mango Chutney

Ingredients for Raw Mango Chutney

Raw mango – 2, peeled & roughly chopped

Tomato – 2, roughly chopped

Green chilli – 4

Garlic – 10–15 cloves

Chopped onion – 1 small

Coriander leaves – 1 bunch

P Mark Mustard oil – 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Method for Raw Mango Chutney

  1. Roughly chop the mangoes, tomatoes and coriander.

  2. Add raw mango, tomato, green chilli, garlic and coriander to a mixer jar. Pulse it a few times till it becomes chunky and juicy. Don’t make it completely smooth.

  3. Transfer it to a bowl and mix in chopped onion, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.

  4. Pour mustard oil on top and give everything a good mix. That pungent hit of mustard oil is what makes it taste extra refreshing in the summer heat.

  5. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes so the flavours become a beautiful blend together.

  6. Your Instant Raw Mangi Chutney is ready! Serve with parathas, dal-chawal or just by itself.
