For any brand, it is wonderful to have an active brand ambassador who is constantly on the move and doing interesting things. It keeps the brand in the limelight.
That’s why all of us at P Mark Mustard Oil have been delighted and amazed during the last few months by the energy and passion with which our brand ambassador Boman Irani has been shooting at multiple locations for multiple films. There’s Karan Johar’s franchise film Drive being directed by Tarun Mansukhani; then there’s Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran with John Abraham; and there’s Jhalki where Boman plays eminent child rights activist and Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi.
And just when you thought Boman must be having his hands full with these three films there’s news that he has signed on for a new film and will start shooting in New York very soon.
The movie is called Crazy Hum and it stars Boman Irani as… Boman Irani! It also has Karan Johar playing himself and Sonakshi Sinha as herself. The film is based on an international film awards event and has a host of other actors playing themselves.
Can you imagine how frenetic Boman’s shooting schedules must be right now? He’s shuttling between Mumbai, Delhi, Manali, Mirzapur and New York! No wonder he’s one of India’s leading character acting specialists – his talent is matched only by his zest and his indefatigable spirit.
On a lighter note, for this new role Boman Irani won’t have to come up with new quirks and wigs and costumes… he just has to act naturally and be himself!
